Group Bookings
We welcome group bookings and have dedicated accommodation especially suitable for your group. Contact us directly by phone or email for further information. A deposit of the first night’s accommodation is required to confirm the booking, with full payment of the remaining balance 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation and refund policy
1. REGULAR BOOKINGS:
A 75% refund will apply to cancellations 72 hours or more before the date of arrival. No refunds will apply to cancellations within 72 hours of the date of arrival.
2. GROUP BOOKINGS:
A cancellation of the whole booking within 30 days of arrival date will result in the deposit being foreited. Cancellations of a significant portion of the booking within 30 days will result in a charge for any unsold accommodation. Any deposits refunded will have an administration fee of $50.00 deducted.
